What is ForensicReport.org?
ForensicReport.org is AI-assisted forensic reporting software from Forensia Technologies LLC. It organizes dictated findings, applies your approved standard wording and prepares structured drafts for autopsy, investigation and scene reports. The professional reviews the findings and the final draft.
Who is the software for?
It is designed for forensic pathologists, medical examiners, coroners and forensic investigators. The Pathologist, Investigator and Both plans support different roles and reporting workflows.
How is it different from dictation software or a blank report template?
Dictation provides a transcript. ForensicReport also stages findings for approval, combines approved findings with your own standard language, and applies your report's section order and formatting. Does the AI write the conclusion?
No. It does not interpret the case, propose a cause or manner of death, or write a conclusion. It converts what you dictated into report language and holds the structure. Every substantive judgement is yours.
What happens if it mishears me?
Findings are staged as separate items before anything is written into the report. You read, correct, or remove each one. Nothing reaches the report unapproved.
Do I have to dictate everything?
No, the opposite. You dictate only what departs from normal. Normal is the silent default, held by your own standard language.
Is the report finalized in the app?
No. Everything it produces is a working draft. Export as Word (.docx), plain text (.txt), Markdown (.md) or JSON (.json), then finalize it in your preferred system.
Is it HIPAA compliant?
ForensicReport is built to HIPAA standards, with individual report privacy and a controlled enterprise AI design. Approved endpoints, security safeguards and applicable Business Associate Agreements form part of the requirements for handling patient information. More on security.
Where is our data stored?
Hosting and data-processing details are available on request. Your report content is tied to your account, with no automatic access for office administrators or Forensia staff. Request hosting and data-handling information.
