FAQ
Common questions
If yours is not here, ask us directly and we will add it.
Does the AI write the conclusion?
No. It does not interpret the case, propose a cause or manner of death, or write a conclusion. It converts what you dictated into report language and holds the structure. Every substantive judgement is yours.
What happens if it mishears me?
Findings are staged as separate items before anything is written into the report. You read, correct, or remove each one. Nothing reaches the report unapproved.
Do I have to dictate everything?
No, the opposite. You dictate only what departs from normal. Normal is the silent default, held by your own standard language.
Is the report finalized in the app?
No. Everything it produces is a working draft, exported as a Word document and labelled as a draft. You finalize and sign out in the system your office already uses.
Is it HIPAA compliant?
The system is engineered to HIPAA standards, and we sign a Business Associate Agreement with every office before any protected health information is processed. There is no such thing as HIPAA certification, so we describe how it is built rather than claiming a badge. During early access it runs on synthetic data only. More on security.
Where is our data stored?
On managed cloud infrastructure, scoped to your office and enforced in the database. The current sub-processor list is published, and we give notice before it changes.
Can investigators and pathologists work on the same case?
Yes. Each role has its own report stream, on one shared case record.
What does it cost?
Early access is not billed. The intended structure is published on the pricing page so an office can plan a budget.
How do we get started?
Request early access. We reply by email, ask to see the report structure your office uses today, and show you the same report built in the system.
