ForensicReport.org Built for HIPAA-compliant workflows

Pricing

One seat, one professional, one price

Priced per person and billed to the office. Pathologists and investigators use different parts of the system, so they are priced separately, and an office that needs both pays less than two seats.

Not active during early access

Early-access offices are not billed. The figures below are the intended structure, published so a purchasing office can plan a budget. They are indicative and not yet a quotation.

You get two months free every year

Pathologist

For the professional who performs the examination and signs the report.

$124 per seat / month

Investigator

For the investigator who documents the scene and the circumstances.

$66 per seat / month

Billed annually at $790 per seat

Write your investigation report in your own voice. Dictate only what is abnormal. Standard text, normal findings, and boilerplate are kept automatically.

What is included
  • Scene and investigation report structures
  • Dictation, audio upload, and transcription
  • Findings staged for your approval
  • Your standard language, written once and reused
  • Record summarization of scene material and statements
  • Timeline creation from the same source as the report
  • Your report structure configured for your office
  • Export as Word, plain text, Markdown, or HTML
  • A Business Associate Agreement before any real case
  • One shared case record with the pathologist *

* Shared case records need an institutional subscription, since they join two people's work on one case.

Prices are per seat in US dollars and exclude tax. Annual billing is charged once for twelve months at the rate of ten. Every office signs a Business Associate Agreement before any protected health information is processed.

Included with every seat

Your report structure, configured

Section order, headings, and house conventions are set up for your office before the first case, not left to you.

Business Associate Agreement

Signed before any real case is written. No separate compliance tier, no upsell for the paperwork.

Support from people who write reports

Questions are answered by someone who knows what a forensic report has to survive.

  • Word .docx
  • Plain text .txt
  • Markdown .md
  • HTML .html

Every export carries a draft label. The report is finalized and signed out in the system your office already uses.
