You dictate the exceptions
Speak at the table or type afterwards, in whatever order suits you. Say what departs from normal and nothing else. Findings can arrive out of sequence, because the order of the report is not your problem to solve.
How it works
Normal is the silent default
A forensic report is mostly normal findings written out at length. You should only have to say what was not normal.

Every finding is staged for approval
What you dictated is broken into separate findings and shown back to you as a list. You correct, remove, or accept each one. Nothing reaches the report that you have not seen and approved.

The system builds the report
Approved findings are merged into your standard language. Section order, headings, numbering, and house conventions are held in code, not asked of a model each time, so the same input produces the same structure every time.

You review and sign out
Read the finished draft in full and change anything you want. Export it as a Word document, labelled as a draft, and finalize it in the system your office already uses. Nothing is transmitted or filed by us.
What stays under your control
The wording
Standard descriptions are written in your phrasing, once, and reused. The report reads as yours because it is yours.
The findings
Nothing is inferred, completed, or filled in for you. If you did not say it, it is not in the report.
The conclusion
The system does not write one. Interpretation is the part of the work that is not mechanical, and it stays with you.
