Enquiries and newsletter requests

When you submit a form or use the guided enquiry assistant, we receive the contact information and message you provide, the request type, and the source page. We use this information to respond to your request, arrange access, or provide the newsletter you requested. Do not send patient information, case details, report contents, or other sensitive records through these public channels.

The website uses Cloudflare hosting, Turnstile verification, and Cloudflare R2 storage. Submitted enquiries are stored before forwarding through our configured Google Workspace intake service, so delivery failures can be retried. This intake information is separate from Google Analytics. Records are not currently removed by an automatic deletion schedule; contact us about access, correction, deletion, or stopping newsletter messages.

Optional Google Analytics

With your permission, Google Analytics measures visits to public pages, access-button clicks, and successful enquiries. This helps us understand which pages and referral sources are useful. Google receives website usage, browser/device, and network information. Analytics cookies can recognize returning browsers.

Our integration does not send enquiry text, names, email addresses, office names, or case information to Analytics. Arbitrary URL query strings and fragments are excluded, and referral URLs are reduced to their domains. A small set of non-personal campaign labels distinguishes links shared through Facebook, LinkedIn, or email. Google signals and advertising personalization are disabled.

Google Analytics is not loaded until you allow it. You can reject it or withdraw permission using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Withdrawal stops future collection and removes the integration’s Analytics cookies; it does not remove previously collected data. Optional Meta Pixel

Meta Pixel has a separate consent choice. If you allow it, we share public-page visits, access-button clicks, and generic successful enquiry or newsletter-registration events with Meta. Meta receives page and referral information, browser/device and network information, and cookie or click identifiers. Meta may associate this activity with your Facebook or Instagram account and use it for measurement and advertising under its own policies. Allowing Google Analytics does not allow Meta Pixel.

Our Pixel integration does not pass names, email addresses, office names, enquiry text, report contents, or case identifiers as event data. Automatic advanced matching and automatic event detection are disabled. Collection is limited to approved public pages; unexpected URL paths, query strings, or fragments prevent the Pixel from loading. It is not installed in the forensic application. No server-side Conversions API is connected.

Use “Cookie settings” to withdraw permission. This revokes future Pixel events and removes the first-party Meta cookies set on this website; it cannot erase activity already shared or cookies set on Meta’s own domains. Website delivery and protection

Cloudflare processes requests to deliver and protect the website and verify form submissions. Cloudflare’s separate website analytics is also enabled. The optional cookie choices do not disable these services. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy for their descriptions of processing and international operations.
